Our Kickboxing classes are designed to improve your fitness, confidence and teach you valuable self defense techniques.
Kickboxing classes are a mixture of striking techniques from sport Kickboxing and Combat Sambo (used by the Russian Military).
Classes are based around a warm up and stretching, followed by core exercises (designed to improve balance, strength, co-ordination and balance), then pad work and technique building. Sessions often finish with pad blitzing (using techniques known and learnt to hammer the pads) and a warm down.
Classes are aimed at beginners and those wanting to improve their fitness. |
